Returned items must be clean and unused. Please retain all tags and packaging (labels, security seals, etc.).

Products of proper quality that were manufactured to the Buyer’s order are not subject to return.

The costs of delivery of returned goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.
The costs of delivery of returned defective goods are borne by the Seller.
